On April 29th, Consul General Hirakoba attended a Japanese Festival held in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The festival is held every year by the Santa Fe Jin; this year marked the festival's 13th year. Many people in attendance at the festival appreciated various traditional and modern Japanese cultural showcases.
