Consul-General Takeuchi hosts Conferment Ceremony for Mr. Seiji Tanaka (February 25, 2020)

     On Tuesday, February 25, 2020, a conferment ceremony for the 2019 Autumn Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals was held at the Official Residence where Consul-General TAKEUCHI Midori presented the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays to Mr. Seiji Tanaka, former President of the Japanese American Association of Colorado (JAAC).

     Mr. Tanaka’s family, friends, JAAC President Calvin Hada and JAAC members attended the ceremony. Consul-General Takeuchi gave the congratulatory remarks and presented the decoration and certificate to Mr. Tanaka, after which Mr. Tanaka gave his reply address.
