Consul-General Takeuchi Gives Talk at Colorado State University (March 5, 2020)

On Thursday, March 5th, Consul-General Midori Takeuchi visited Colorado State University (CSU) and gave a talk on “The Relationship between the U.S. and Japan, and Current Developments in East Asia.” In addition to former Instructor of Japanese, Ms. Masako Beeken attending the talk, Consul-General Takeuchi also met and talked with Dr. Rick Miranda, Provost and Executive Vice President; Dr. Benjamin Withers, Dean of the College of Liberal Arts; Dr. Michele Betsill, Chair of Department of Political Science; Dr. Jonathan Carlyon, Interim Chair of Department of Languages, Literatures and Culture; Ms. Chisato Nii, Lecturer of Japanese; Dr. Yoichiro Kanno, Assistant Professor of Natural Sciences; Dr. James Cooney, former Vice Provost for International Affairs and current Special Adviser to the Provost for International Programs; Ms. Kathleen Fairfax, Vice Provost for International Affairs; and Mr. Max Matsuura, Director of International Program Development at the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
