Conferment Ceremony for Dr. Sumiko Hennessy (November 13, 2022)

On Sunday, November 13, 2022, a conferment ceremony for the 2022 Spring Conferment of Decorations was held at the Official Residence. The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays was presented to Dr. Sumiko Hennessy, Former Executive Director of the Asian Pacific Development Center, by Consul-General MIKAMI Yoichi.
After the presentation of the decoration and diploma to Dr. Hennessy, she gave her remarks. Dr. Hennessy’s family and friends attended the ceremony.
