Consul-General MIKAMI hosts Conferment Ceremony for Colonel Andrew J. Campbell (September 13, 2023)

On Wednesday, September 13, 2023, a ceremony for the 2023 Spring Conferment of Decorations on Foreign Nationals was held at the residence of the Consul-General. The Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon was presented to Colonel Andrew J. Campbell (former Commander, 374th Airlift Wing, Yokota Air Base, Japan) by Consul-General MIKAMI Yoichi.
