Asian Education Advisory Council (AEAC) Awards Ceremony Held in Denver (May 4, 2025)

On May 4th, the Asian Education Advisory Council (AEAC) of the Denver Public School District held its 39th annual Awards Ceremony in Denver.
The AEAC annually recognizes outstanding Asian American students and educators in kindergarten through high school.
The awards ceremony was followed by remarks from AEAC Chair Priscilla Shah Rahn and others, a violin performance by the students, and a traditional Indian dance performance.
The Consulate-General of Japan was also invited to the event, and Consul-General Okajima gave a speech.
