Visit to the Consulate-General by Students from Nakamura Junior High School (August 14, 2025)

On August 14, 2025, students from the second and third grades of Nakamura Junior High School in Koto-ku, Tokyo, visited the Consulate-General of Japan in Denver.
Consul-General Okajima first explained the functions and roles of the Consulate-General, after which the students had the opportunity to speak about the purpose of their participation in the nine-day summer school program in Denver, Colorado, their itinerary, and their expectations for the trip.
The students are participating in an overseas summer school program in Denver during their summer vacation. On August 13th, they visited the Colorado State Capitol and received an English-language explanation, seemingly boosting their confidence in their English abilities. We hope they enjoy valuable time with their host families and create many cherished memories and experiences during their stay.
