Courtesy Call to U.S. Congressman Gabe Evans (September 5, 2025)

On September 5th, Consul-General Hiroyuki Okajima paid a courtesy call to U.S. Congressman Gabe Evans, Representative for Colorado’s Eighth Congressional District, and exchanged views on Japan-U.S. relations and Japan-Colorado relations.

CG Okajima conveyed congratulations on Rep. Evans' election victory last year and expressed his desire to continue cooperating to strengthen Japan-U.S. relations. Rep. Evans welcomed CG Okajima's appointment and stated his intention to continue working together.
