Inaugural Rocky Mountain Forum Held at Official Residence (November 17, 2025)

On November 17th, 2025, the Consulate-General hosted the first "Rocky Mountain Forum" at the official residence, hosting 12 Japan-U.S. exchange organizations from Colorado.
During the forum, each organization reported on their activities in Japan-U.S. exchange, Japanese cultural promotion, and the preservation of Japanese American history, and engaged in lively discussions about shared challenges and goals for future cooperation. Participants also exchanged valuable insights on common issues such as fundraising, securing volunteers, and leadership succession, presenting unique initiatives that leveraged regional characteristics.
Moving forward, the Consulate-General aims to hold regular forums and expand its network to include organizations from other states, striving for the further advancement of Japan-U.S. exchange in the Rocky Mountain region.
We sincerely thank all participants and supporters for their cooperation.
