The 49th Denver Red & White Singing Contest (January 31, 2026)

The 49th Denver Red & White Singing Contest was held on January 31st at the Tri-State/Denver Buddhist Temple. Each year, this special event brings together the Japanese and Japanese American communities to celebrate the New Year and connect across generations. Both the Red and White teams gave amazing performances, with each of the teams of twelve singing their hearts out. Consul-General Okajima served as a judge, and a consular staff member also joined in as a singer for the White team.
