Graduation and Entrance Ceremony of the Japanese School of Denver(April 5, 2015)

The Japanese School of Denver held a Graduation and Entrance Ceremony on Sunday, April 5th.  Parents and family members were in attendance along with school staff and officials. As an invited guest, Deputy Consul General Yamaguchi as Acting Consul General from the Consulate General office.

This year, seven students were honored with graduation from the school’s middle-school division, while six children entered the school’s nursery “Sakura Class”, and nine children entered first grade in the elementary school division.  During the ceremony, Acting Consul General Yamaguchi delivered a congratulatory address for the honored graduates and new students. 

His remarks noted that the Japanese School of Denver is exciting and offers much potential.  It provides a chance for students to talk in Japanese with friends and experience Japanese culture firsthand, and the experience is certainly helpful for their further growth and future. Acting Consul General Yamaguchi also offered best wishes for the further development and success of the Japanese School of Denver.
