Consul General attended Mystical Abyss performance in Denver(September 18, 2015)

Consul General Ito attended the opening night of the Theatre of Yugen's Mystical Abyss in Denver on Friday, September 18, 2015. The Theatre of Yugen is a theatrical company that specializes in productions that fuse classic theater (Noh and Kyogen) with modern art forms.
Prior to the performance, Denver City Councilwoman Deborah Ortega offered warm words of welcome and appreciation to the popular, San Francisco-based theatre company. Following, Consul General Ito also shared a few words where he emphasized that under the direction of Ms. Yuriko Doi, the Theatre of Yugen’s productions, which expertly combines Japanese traditional performing arts and modern dance with computer graphic animation, will provide a newly impressive and unique experience for the audience.
