Consul General and Mrs. Ito attended the Festival of Japan held at Laramie High School in Laramie, Wyoming on Saturday, October 10, 2015. The event, which was hosted by the Japan America Society of Wyoming (JASWY), is meant to introduce Japanese culture to the general public. The festival featured a karate demonstration, Okinawan dance, Japanese drum performance, and singing in Japanese by high school students from Casper. Many attended the event and said they had a great time.
