Consul General Paid a Visit For Former President of the Brighton Japanese American Association (October 20, 2015)

On Tuesday, October 20, 2015, Consul General and Mrs. Ito paid a visit for Mr. Bob Sakata, former president of the Brighton Japanese American Association (BJAA) and his wife. They exchanged views on the history of Japanese-Americans' activity in Colorado. Mr. Sakata told about various post-war activities of local Japanese Americans and episodes about the visit of Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress of Japan to the state of Colorado in 1994.
