In honor of Veteran’s Day on November 10, 2015, Consul General and Mrs. Ito offered flowers at the Nisei Memorial and the grave of former Colorado Governor Ralph Carr at Fairmount Cemetery together with several Japanese-Americans including Mr. Wayne Berve, a co-chair of the Nisei Veterans Heritage Foundation, and Ms. Dennis Kitayama, Mr. Gary Arai, Ms. Cindy Condo, board members of the Foundation.
