Colorado State Senate Awards Commendation to Consul-General(February 18,2016)

On Thursday, February 18, 2016, the Colorado State Senate awarded a commendation to Consul-General Ito at the Senate Chamber to welcome his arrival in Colorado and to ask for cooperation to strengthen Japan-Colorado relations.
Senator Nancy Todd, who sponsored the commendation, talked about how historically relations have been good between Japan and Colorado and expressed her hope for the relationship to become even stronger. All attending senators, including Senate President Bill Cadman offered congratulatory remarks to the Consul-General.
