Consul General Ito paid a courtesy visit to Colorado Lieutenant Governor Donna Lynne on Wednesday, June 1, 2016.
The Consul General congratulated Ms. Donna Lynne for being appointed as the Lieutenant Governor and expressed his intention to contribute to strengthening the relationship between Japan and the State of Colorado.
In response, Lieutenant Governor Lynne talked about her relations with Japan and truly wishes to cooperate with the Consulate-General of Japan in Denver to enhance the relationship between Japan and Colorado since the Japanese and Japanese American community in Colorado contributes so much to the economy in Colorado.
