Former Honorary Consul General of Japan in Casper, Wyoming Passed Away (September 7, 2016)

Ms. Mariko Terasaki Miller, former Honorary Consul General of Japan in Casper, Wyoming, passed away on September 7, 2016. A memorial service was held in Casper on September 17th. 
Consul General Makoto Ito attended the service, conveyed a condolence message from Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida for the loss of Ms. Miller, and offered his own heartfelt condolences and remarks praising her lifelong contributions to friendly relations between Japan and the United States and cultural activities.
