On Monday, August 7th, Consul-General Hirakoba paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Steve Skadron of Aspen. In response to the Mayor's explanation of the city's general situations, the Consul-General expressed his desire to make his best efforts to advance relationships between Japan and Aspen.
