Consul-General Takeuchi pays courtesy visit to Denver Mayor Hancock (December 17, 2018)

On Monday, December 17th, 2018, Consul-General Midori Takeuchi paid a courtesy visit to Denver Mayor Michael Hancock.
Consul-General Takeuchi expressed her gratitude to Mayor Hancock for all his best efforts to develop and strengthen relations between Japan and Denver, including his visit to Tokyo in October 2018, and exchanged views on various relations between Japan and Denver including sister city and economic exchange.
Mayor Hancock welcomed her arrival in Denver and expressed his intention to cooperate and work together with her in celebrating the 60th anniversary of sister city relations between Denver and Takayama in 2020, and toward further strengthening relations between Japan and Denver in the future.
