Japan Hour at the 32st Space Symposium (April 12, 2016)

On April 12, 2016, “Japan Hour”, the Japan public relations event, took place in the Japan Exhibition Booth sponsored by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) in the 32st U.S. Space Symposium which was held at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs.
Consul General Ito offered a warm welcome to all participating Japanese companies, explained the state of Colorado is focusing on the aerospace industry, and expressed high hopes for the further development of relationship between Japan and the United States in the field of aerospace industry.
The U.S. Space Symposium is held every year since 1984. Space affiliates from all around the world gather to plan and discuss the future of the space industry, as well as hold exhibitions of aerial and space-related devices. This year 10 Japanese companies participated in the event, which is a larger number than last year.
