Visit by Delegation from Takayama City (August 9th, 2013)
A 23-member delegation from Denver's sister city of Takayama City in Gifu Prefecture paid a visit to the Consulate office on August 8th. The group consisted mainly of students selected through results of an English speech contest held in Takayama. For their visit to the Consulate, Consul General Ono gave them an outline about Colorado and its relations with Japan. The Takayama delegation will stay in Colorado through August 13th, and have very much been enjoying their home stay experience and the beauty of Colorado.
