Kakehashi Project Participants Paid a Courtesy Call on Consul General Ono(January 21, 2015)
On January 21st, six Japanese participants in the Kakehashi Project program “Community Advocacy by Young Professionals” paid a courtesy call on Consul General Ono. This program is one of the youth exchanges for North America of the Kakehashi Project –The Bridge for Tomorrow-.
The six young community leaders expressed their ambitions to deepen their understanding of the United States, to share the attraction of local area communities in Japan in the United States, and to help promote deeper understanding between our two countries.
